Objective
The students develop their basic language skills towards nursing communication. They know how to act in customer service situations, using basic expressions. They know the basic vocabulary of nursing, such as body parts, the names of common illnesses, and related nursing vocabulary.
Content
Everyday interaction situations, client work interaction vocabulary, nursing vocabulary. Oral and written exercises.
Qualifications
The students must have basic skills in Finnish. They master basic structures and basic everyday communication, e.g. greeting, presenting, polite wishes, customer service communication.

Active participation, exams
