Objective

Student
-knows the concerns and risks of wellbeing
-understands the patients’ needs for service and starting points of clienthood
-knows the central national diseases and the threats of social wellbeing and understands the significance of welfare services in preventing them
-masters the central contents of legislation related to the position and rights of a social and health service patient and the main principles of ethical operations related to customer relationships
-is aware of structural and legislative reform of health and social services in public, private and third sector, and is able to connect it to the existing service structure
