Project Skills (5cr)

Objective

The students know the stages and working methods of a project, and are able to draw up a project plan and to evaluate project plans. The students know the public funding sources and understand the role of procurement in a project.

Content

Project work as a development tool. Project phasing. Basics of budgeting. Structure and contents of a project plan. Project management, reporting and communications. Risk analysis. Project evaluation. Public funding and procurement in a project. Logframe.
