Quality Control (9cr)

Objective

The students are able to plan, implement and manage projects, especially those aiming to improve the quality production ability of the production process. They can choose and use the necessary quality tools and techniques.

Content

Total quality management (TQM) and related quality thinking, quality development tools, development of the methods used in the testing and condition monitoring of production machines, statistical process analysis (e.g. SPC) and risk analyses (FMEA), development of operating processes (also including the quality control of suppliers and subcontractors).
