Objective
The students understand the structures and operation of fieldbuses. The students are able to choose and introduce a fieldbus and to test its operation.
Content
Data transfer, fieldbuses, introduction of a fieldbus and the diagnostics of the system.
Qualifications
The students are able to use Siemens S7 programmable logics and connect sensors and actuators in them.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Excellent (5) the student has attained the objectives of the course at an excellent level.
Good (3-4) the student has attained the objectives of the course at a satisfactory level.
Satisfactory (1-2) as a rule, the student has attained the objectives of the course.
