Physics 2 (6cr)

Objective

The students master the basic concepts and contents of the physics of states of matter, thermology and oscillation theory, and natural laws, being also able to apply the theory, with the help of mathematics, in the later modules of the degree programme.

Content

The mechanics of fluids and gases, thermal expansion, ideal gas, heat energy, heat transfer, the basic rules of thermology, oscillating motion and acoustics. Lab reporting exercises with Excel and Mathcad software.
