Development Research Methods (10cr)

Objective

The students are able to apply the principles and methods of both modern project management and scientific research to develop the organisation, and particularly to the planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting of their own development project. They are able to apply the research data of their field and use suitable research and development methods in problem situations at the workplace.

Content

Project planning, implementation, evaluation and communication, the approaches of development-oriented research (e.g. action research and constructive research approach), qualitative and quantitative research methods, research plan.
