Objective

The students
-understand the usage areas of guidance competence particularly in demanding customer situations in the social field
-know the basic principles and contexts of process and substance consultation
-recognise the significance of organisations' core know-how and strategies as part of guidance and consulting
-locate the connections between success and wellbeing at work in guidance and consultation situations

Content

Principles and opportunities of consulting in the work contexts of the welfare field, particularly of the social field
Guidance competence: dialogic guidance, service guidance and social guidance
