Enhance of professional expertise (5cr)

Objective

The student is able to recognize the strengths and developmental challenges of his/her expertise, and based on them, s/he creates his/her personal study plan and developmental goals. The student is able to learn cooperatively and to share the learned issues and his/her expertise with different specialist communities. As a specialist and developer of work life, s/he is able to evaluate and apply the basic values of his field and the principles of professional ethics. Additionally, s/he is capable of applying his/her problem-solving skills in client relations and in ethical problems relating to work community.

Pass S/ Fail 0
The grade is 0 (F Fail), if the student fails to achieve the objectives set for the course.
Assessment is based on the relation of student’s knowledge, skills and common qualification with the learning goals (European Qualifications Framework NQF/EQF, level 7). The assessment criteria of the course can be found in online learning environment.
