Objective
The students have tools for the recognition and analysis of phenomena involved with different client groups, for the assessment and anticipation of needs for change in health and social care, as well as future trends, both at national and international level.
They master the key concepts of the subject area and are able to utilise acquired knowledge in their work and work community. They also understand the significance of change management and its connection with strategic management and development.
Content
Anticipation and description of the future; national anticipation systems concerning the development of social and health care. The production, processing and utilisation of information serving the future of wellness policy. Familiarisation with the tools of anticipation/foresight competence. Management thinking based on foresight and change; the content, principles and operations models of transformational leadership.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Active participation in contact and online study, independent assignment. The assessment criteria of the assignment are available in the R5 environment.
