Objective
The students have created a plan for the thesis based on personal development objectives and the developmental needs of the organization. They have implemented the plan, and evaluated and reported it in close cooperation with the professional field. They have informed various networks widely on the results and utilization prospects of their development assignment.
Content
The starting points for the development of working life, project work and applied research. The topic, plan, implementation, assessment, and reporting of the thesis.
