Objective
The students are aware of the restrictions and methods of human sciences and, based on them, able to evaluate the comprehensiveness and reliability level of information. They are able to analyse their own actions and understand the requirements imposed by subordinates on their behaviour. They are able to take into account the restrictions set by the organizational environment on their managerial activities and utilize the powers given by it in the right way. They are able to use the tools facilitating managerial work and, if necessary, able to take action in time. They recognize their own management style and its suitability for the environement. They can also apply the best features of different management styles in their own work and avoid their negative sides. They are able to categorize the components of strong management and integrate various techniques according to purpose and situation.

Psychology as a science - scientific foundations. The dimensions of individual behaviour. The impact of organization on behaviour. The requirements of a managerial position. The purpose and expediency of management styles. The prerequisites for strong leadership.
