Objective

The students understand the significance of customs in an increasingly international world by comparing their own national customs with the customs of other countries. They are able to identify the types of wine produced in different countries by familiarizing themselves with the production, character, use, and sensory assessment of wines.

Content

National and international customs. The production methods of wines; types of wine. Handling, serving and selection of wines to accompany meals.
