Innovate or die (2cr)

Objective

Students recognise the possibilities of participating in innovation activities and make a contribution to joint development. Students know the basics of ideation and creative problem-solving methods as well as various forms of teamwork. Students understand the importance of customer-oriented development and have mastered some basic skills. Students recognise the chances of their outputs to become genuine innovations or commercialised products.

Content

Methods of ideation and creative problem solving, client-oriented development, teamwork and presentation of one`s output.

Learning outcomes are assessed in relation to the course learning objectives. Students fail to complete the course if they do not reach the minimum objectives set for passing the course. The assessment criteria for an approved study attainment are:
* the student has demonstrated activity in course-related meetings, workshops and other encounters developed;
* the student has identified his/her competences and development needs in relation to innovation activities and learning of entrepreneurship.
