Objective

The participant can carry out real-life entrepreneurship in his/her own company. He/she can procure, plan and implement different types of projects in order to generate revenue and learn about entrepreneurship. The participant has an elementary level of experience in management (e.g. small-scale projects). More specific competence objectives are set based on the needs of the participant.

Content

Small-business administration, practical economics of a small business, ‘I as an entrepreneur’, sales work, customer service, small business management in practice, the development of a business idea

Qualifications

Basic skills in studying at a university of applied sciences, and working and developing in vocational tasks, basic experience of working in one’s own company.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The aforementioned assessment is carried out both as self-assessment and by the coach and peers (‘360° assessment’). The coach sets the final grade.
