Objective
After completing the course, the student can:
o identify his or her own competence in project and team work
o utilise his or her competence (in his or her own field) in a diverse manner in different work tasks
o set goals for the project, draw up a project plan, estimate times and amounts of work required for tasks, implement a project in a multidisciplinary team, and present the results of the project to the customer and the peer group
o act responsibly as a part of the project team and in cooperation with the customer.
Content
A practical course, where the participant practices competence required in working life and networks with experts in other fields. During the course, a real development project is implemented for a working life organisation as multidisciplinary teamwork.
The course includes initial lectures as an introduction to project work in 16–17 May (a total of 10 hours), and implementing the development project for the customer. At the start of the course, each team will receive its own customer and an initial assignment; the team can affect the direction of the assignment. In the project, the team generates new ideas and fresh information for the customer for the development of different elements and functions of the organisation from a multidisciplinary point of view. Information about the students' teams and the guidelines for the project will be provided at the start of the course.

Basic vocational studies have been completed.
