Osaamistavoitteet

Opintojakson tarkoitus:
Johtamisen perustaitoihin kuuluu ymmärtää yrityksen liiketoiminnalliset ja taloudelliset perusteet, kyky tehdä analyysejä ja päätöksiä huomioiden sekä tekniset, taloudelliset että kestävän kehityksen näkökulmat. Tällä opintojaksolla tietämyksesi logistiikkatalouden hyödyntämisestä päätöksenteon tukena kehittyy ja saat hyvät valmiudet soveltaa oppimaasi käytäntöön.

Opintojakson osaamiset:
Opintojaksolla edistettävät ja arvioitavat osaamiset: liiketoimintaosaaminen, tekniikan soveltaminen käytäntöön sekä viestintä ja tiimityö.

Opintojakson osaamistavoite:
Sisäistät yritystalouden perusteet ja opit ymmärtämään yrityksen toiminnan suunnittelua ja ohjausta tukevia taloudellisia laskelmia. Tunnet kuljetus- ja sisälogistiikkapalveluiden keskeiset kustannustekijät sekä hinnoittelun periaatteet.

Sisältö

Opintojaksolla opiskelet seuraavia aiheita: Talouden ohjaus ja laskentatoimi, Kustannuslaskenta, Kannattavuuslaskenta, Kuljetuspalveluiden kustannusrakenne ja hinnoittelu, Varastointipalveluiden kustannusrakenne ja käyttöpääoma.

Opiskelija saavuttaa kaikki opintojakson osaamistavoitteissa kuvatut asiat ja ymmärtää organisaation toimintaan liittyvät keskeiset liiketoiminnalliset ja taloudelliset perusteet.

Objective

Purpose:
Basic skills for logistics professionals are to understand fundamentals of economics and business, as well as to have ability to analyze and make wise decisions. On this course you will develop and improve these skills and will get readiness to put your learning outcomes into practice.

Competences:
Business competences, Engineering practice, Communication and team-working

Learning outcomes:
You will get basic knowledge of business economics. You will recognize different economical calculations used for planning and controlling of operations. You will know essential cost factors and pricing principles from transportation and intralogistics service providers perspective.

Content

Accounting principles, profitability and cost calculations, cost factors and pricing principles in the field of transportation and intralogistics services.
