Opintojaksolla edistettävät ja arvioitavat osaamiset ovat hankintaosaaminen, tekniikan soveltaminen käytäntöön, tieto ja ymmärrys aihealueesta sekä viestintä ja tiimityö.

Suoritettuasi tämän opintojakson, ymmärrät hankinnan roolin ja merkityksen organisaatioissa ja verkostoissa. Tunnet hankintaprosessin sekä eri sektoreiden (kuten julkisten- ja palveluhankintojen) merkittävimmät erityispiirteet. Saat kokonaiskuvan hankintatoimen mahdollisuuksista ja haasteista liiketoiminnan kehittämisessä.

Do you want to develop into a professional that brings clear savings to your organization? In addition to that, added value, success and profitability? Purchasing know-how is all of this!

The competences to be promoted and assessed in the course are purchasing competence, practical application of technology, knowledge and understanding of the subject, ability to communicate and teamwork.

After completing this course, you will understand the role and importance of procurement in organizations and networks. You will be familiar with the key features of the procurement process and the different sectors (such as public and service procurement). You will gain an overview of the opportunities in purchasing development.

- Purchasing process
- Purchasing in different business environments
- The future of purchasing

Course book: Van Weele, A. (2010, 2015 or 2018 edition). Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.

Teaching methods

This course includes face-to-face lessons (Lectures, exercises, group works and/or learning assignments).

We will use Moodle e-learning environment.
