Osaamistavoitteet
Opintojakson tarkoitus:
Tällä opintojaksolla opit tunnistamaan organisaation ja hankintatoimen strategisia tavoitteita, sekä hahmotat kustannukset, riskit ja lisäarvon hankinnassa. Lisäksi tunnistat hankinnan johtamisen perustyökaluja.
Opintojakson osaamiset:
Tällä opintojaksolle edistetään ja arvioidaan seuraavia osaamisia: Hankintaosaaminen, Tekniikan soveltaminen käytäntöön ja Monialainen osaaminen
Opintojakson osaamistavoitteet:
Hahmotat strategisia tavoitteita niin organisaation kuin hankinnan strategiassa. Tunnistat kustannukset, riskit ja lisäarvon hankintatoimessa ja tiedät hankinnan johtamisen perustyökaluja

Tällä opintojaksolla opiskelet seuraavia aiheita:

Kategoriajohtaminen ja hankinnan organisaatiomallit
Sopimukset ja sopimushallinta
Hankinnan johtamisen tulevaisuudennäkymät
Esitietovaatimukset
Hankintojen perusteet. Opiskelija osaa hakea tietoa itsenäisesti ja tehdä raportteja. Hän tuntee lisäksi logistiikan perusprosessit.

1. Opiskelija tunnistaa organisaation ja hankinnan strategisia tavoitteita, sekä kustannukset, riskit ja lisäarvon hankintatoimessa. Lisäksi hän tietää hankinnan johtamisen perustyökaluja
2. Opiskelija tunnistaa organisaation ja hankinnan strategisia tavoitteita ja niiden yhteyden. Hän tunnistaa kustannukset, riskit ja lisäarvon hankintatoimessa, sekä niiden vaikutuksen toisiinsa. Lisäksi hän tunnistaa hankinnan johtamisen perustyökaluja

3. Opiskelija ymmärtää organisaation strategian ja hankinnan strategian osana yrityksen strategista johtamista, sekä osaa linkittää ne toisiinsa. Hän ymmärtää ja osaa hyödyntää kustannusten, riskien ja lisäarvon vaikutuksen hankintatoimessa. Lisäksi hän ymmärtää hankinnan johtamisen perustyökaluja.
4. Opiskelija ymmärtää strategisen johtamisen vaikutuksen liiketoimintaan, sekä osaa soveltaa organisaation strategiaa hankinnan strategiaan. Hän hallitsee kustannusten, riskien ja lisäarvon vaikutuksen hankintatoimessa. Lisäksi hän osaa soveltaa hankinnan johtamisen perustyökaluja.

Course is implemented with face-to-face lectures, self study (literature and assignments), group work (during the lectures) and practical projects.
