Content scheduling
The aims of the course:
-           to study the organizational behavior in relation to management and leadership;
-           to recognize Theories & Practice
-           to apply of social science and cultural influences, and implications for Management and Leadership action;-
-           to indicate ways and tools in which organizational performance may be improved through a better understanding of effective management and leadership   of people;
-           to increase the self- awareness of the students to develop their personal skills to be transferrable to be employable in the working life.
