Objective

Do you want to develop into a professional that brings clear savings to your organization? In addition to that, added value, success and profitability? Purchasing know-how is all of this!

The competences to be promoted and assessed in the course are purchasing competence, practical application of technology, knowledge and understanding of the subject, ability to communicate and teamwork.

After completing this course, you will understand the role and importance of procurement in organizations and networks. You will be familiar with the key features of the procurement process and the different sectors (such as public and service procurement). You will gain an overview of the opportunities in purchasing development.

Teaching methods

The course is implemented virtually, which includes self-study (independent learning tasks or group learning tasks). Assessment is based on the total number of points obtained from the learning assignments, according to which the grade of the course is 1-5.

Exam schedules

This implementation utilizes subject exams as part of learning tasks. Subject exams are taken on their own time independently. Material can be utilized during exams.
