Content
-Participation in multidisciplinary team work and implementation of chosen topic of sport and exercise physiotherapy
-Basics of sports psychology
-Basics of nutrition in sport
-Applied exercise physiology and performance enhancement
-Dissemination of best practices in sport and exercise physiotherapy
-Extending practice through innovation in sport and exercise physiotherapy
Objective
You are able to implement current evidence in sport and exercise physiotherapy while working in multidisciplinary team and taking in to account the roles of other professionals.
You are able to manage the rehabilitation process in various elite and recreational sport environments and develop injury prevention strategies working in co-operation with athletes, sport participants, coaches, therapists, doctors and other professionals. You gain understanding of sport participation in various environments and among sport participants with different levels of functioning and representing various age groups.
