Final assessment is the final task in the studies where you self-assess your professional development through the lens of the programme’s intended learning outcomes. By bringing concrete evidences from the studies, you demonstrate how you have developed in each intended learning outcome of the programme. This task complements the earlier assessment of the intended learning outcomes in the courses, projects, practical training, and the bachelor’s thesis, and thus contributes to quality assurance in the assessment of the intended learning outcomes.

Skills in critical and analytical understanding: You are able to critically review, analyze and understand the information available from academic and professional business sources.
Applied business skills: You are able to apply disciplinary and interdisciplinary knowledge to analyze business challenges and global trends to propose or put into action practical business solutions based on the findings.
Communication skills: You are able to communicate responsibly and effectively in English through oral, written, and digital formats in academic and professional contexts.
Intercultural collaboration skills: You are able to demonstrate intercultural teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Ethical conduct: You are able to embrace ethical conduct in practice and decision-making. This may be according to the Principles for Responsible Management Education (UNPRME) or the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.
Skills for personal career development: You are able to reflect upon and deepen personal and professional learning in order to recognize your strengths to support your career development.
