Teaching methods
The implementation utilizes flipped learning, project-based learning, learning journals, and individual work.
In flipped learning, students independently familiarize themselves with the lecture topic. During the lecture, we dive deeper into the subject through discussions and practical exercises. Afterward, students complete independent tasks related to the topic and maintain learning journals.
In addition to self-study, students work in small groups to create a business idea (product/service). The group develops a business plan, assessing the idea’s business potential, profitability, and value to the customers.
Students receive feedback on their performance during interactive tasks, lectures, and workshops. Individual support is available during lectures.
Assessment of competence includes submitted assignments, knowledge tests, and a final exam.
