Student is able to recall the purpose of questioning healthcare practices and can recognise the need to integrate evidence-based practices into healthcare. Student is able to acquire evidence-based information while taking into account the perspectives from different fields. Student is aware of different evidence-based digital educational interventions for different patient groups. Student knows how to implement evidence into practice.

2 Satisfactory
Student is able to identify and illustrate problems and development challenges emerging from healthcare practice and is able to give examples from one’s own area of expertise. Student is able to describe the process of integrating a body of evidence into decision-making for individual patients. Student can assess evidence-based digital educational interventions and educational resources for different patient groups. Student can list different implementation theories and can understand the usage of these theories.

Student is able to acquire and critically assess evidence-based information while taking into account the perspectives of different fields. Student is able to question healthcare practices and identify relevant problems occurring in healthcare. Student is able to plan implementation of evidence-based interventions by utilising different theories, models and frameworks. Student can lead multi-professional communities to foster evidence-based organisational culture, infrastructure, and teamwork.

Student is able to able to acquire and critically assess evidence-based information while taking into account the perspectives of different fields. Student can develop and manage goal-oriented, continuous learning concerning evidence-based practices in his/her working community. Student can integrate a body of evidence from clinical nursing guidelines and other evidence-based practice sources into autonomous decision-making. Student can analyse the applicability of evidence-based digital educational interventions and resources for different patient groups. Student can make an implement plan based on implementation theories and models and apply it into clinical practice. Student is able to lead multi-professional communities to foster evidence-based organisational culture, infrastructure, and teamwork and can take responsibility for independent decisions as an advanced nurse practitioner concerning evidence-based nursing methods.

Objective

The purpose is that you are able to acquire, critically assess and produce evidence-based information while taking into account the perspectives of different fields. You are able to develop and manage goal-oriented, continuous learning concerning evidence-based practices in your working community. You are able to integrate a body of evidence from clinical nursing guidelines and other evidence-based practice sources into autonomous decision-making.

By the end of the course, you are able to question healthcare practices for the purpose of improving the quality of care. You are able to create, develop, and critically evaluate evidence-based educational digital interventions aimed at different types of patient groups. You possess knowledge and skills to implement successfully evidence-based interventions into clinical practice. You can lead multi-professional communities to foster evidence-based organisational culture, infrastructure, and teamwork. You can take responsibility for independent decisions as an advanced nurse practitioner concerning the selection of evidence-based nursing methods, the implementation of a care plan, and monitoring of a patient’s health condition.
