The learning outcomes of a course will be assessed in accordance with its learning objectives on the basis of the skills and knowledge and general competences specified in The National and European Quality Management Systems (NQF/EQF, level 6).

The student
-identifies the totality of producing facility services
-identifies the meaning of facility services in the real estate business
-can use IT software, with support given, in the planning of facility services
2 (satisfactory)
-knows facility management as an international operations model
-knows the perspectives of different participants of producing facility services
-knows the meaning of service specification in a facility service company
3 (good)
In addition to the core competence required for grades 1 and 2, the student has a command of the skills listed below, and is also capable of making use of the skills learnt.
The students
-can analyse the totality of producing facility services from the perspectives of different participants and can perform the expert duties assigned to them in accordance with the totality of producing facility services
-can form service specifications
-can use computer aided software in the planning of facility services

can produce facility services in accordance with the service system applicable and take an end result useful to diverse users into account
-understand the meaning of facility management both nationally and internationally
5 (excellent)
In addition to the core competence required for grades 3 and 4, the students have a command of the skills listed below, and are also capable of making use of the skills learnt in a critical and innovative way.
The students
-can evaluate and develop the elements of a service system so that the needs of users are taken into account
-can evaluate European practices of facility management and find ideas from them to develop facility services nationally
-can take advantage of computer aided software in the development of facility services
Unless otherwise specified in the curriculum, successfully completed courses will be assessed using a five-point scale: 5 (Excellent), 4 (Very Good), 3 (Good), 2 (Satisfactory), and 1 (Sufficient). A course will be graded as a 0 (Fail) if the student is unable to achieve the minimum objectives of the course.
In special cases, a course may be graded as an S (Pass) or a 0 (Fail).
