Objective
The students master the implementation of systematic sales work both in theory and in practice. They can plan and implement sales, as well as manage it where necessary (by organizing activities and motivating employees and peers). They also master the basics of benchlearning.

Planning, implementation and management of sales; benchlearning
Qualifications
Basic skills in customer service and representation, service-mindedness in customer situations, basic negotiation skills in practice.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Self-assessment, coach-assessment and peer-assessment of the aforementioned implementations. The coach determines the final grade.
