Producer´s Skills I (3cr)

Objective

The participants are able to commercialize/productize knowledge- and adventure-intensive services. They can describe their contents both to clients (external productization) and to the members of the organization (internal productization). The participants understand how products are developed in cooperation with clients.

Content

The productization of expert services, modelling and product development together with the client.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of the development of personal competence, team work and team learning, and project work and project management.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Self-assessment, coach- and peer-assessment of the aforementioned implementations. The coach determines the final grade.
