Objective
The students are able to market their own know-how, knowing what the expectations from a good interactive marketing communicator are. They are able to evaluate and analyse how companies, products and services are presented in the media. They know how the profile of a good communicator is and master customer service, sales techniques, and the creation of advertisements, brochures, and sales letters in the target language. They can deal with oral and written PR situations.
Content
CV update, marketing communicator in the labour market (knowledge/skills, tasks, profiling). Customer service, sales techniques, argumentation, advertising, sales letters. The marketing and visibility of a company in the media (texts, ads, campaigns, brand, profile, concept, image). PR activity; compliments, wishes, invitations (inaugurations, exhibitions, anniversaries). Guests in the company - things to be done before and after.
Qualifications
Common European Framework of Reference, level (B1) B2 (see the intranet / Language Centre).
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Continuous assessment, oral/written texts, distance assignments, work in the idea incubator (acquisition of own material), group exam.
