Objective
The students are familiar with business ideas, the protection of products, the restrictions on product manufacture, sales, marketing and distribution, and can apply them to real-life situations. The students participate in the R&D activities of the centre of expertise of the School of Business Administration in accordance with the objectives of the course.
Content
Restrictive trade practices, restrictions on advertising, patent and other industrial property rights, copyright, product safety and liability, consumer protection, personal data protection, restrictions on e-business.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Class participation, individual and group reporting skills, individual and group presentation skills, teamwork skills. Mastery of the subject, analysis and problem-solving skills in the written exam, exercises and reports.
