Objective

The students
* know the stages of the consumer
decision-making process,
* understand the individual, psychological, social, and cultural factors affecting consumer behaviour,
* can analyse current issues in the field of consumer behaviour
*know the focuses of various research organisations,
*know the sectors and methods in consumer research,
*understand the importance of planning in the process of consumer research,
know how to carry out a consumer survey.

*various research institutes doing consumer research

Qualifications

The students understand the position of consumer in society and know the central factors affecting consumer behaviour.

The students demonstrate through versatile assignments that they have achieved the set learning outcomes.
