Objective

The students are familiar with the food and service culture of the destination as part of culture and its development. They make observations on the differences between service cultures, know how to operate in new environments, and have developed an idea of the challenges to their expertise through experimental learning. The students start to adopt internationalisation and multicultural good practices into their own activities.

Content

Planning of the Study Tour in groups, familiarisation with the destination and its food culture, participation in the tour and reporting on it.
