Descriptions
After completing your studies, you will have a new perspective on the management of the welfare sector in a digitizing operating environment. You recognize the various national and international operating environments of well-being services, you master decision-making, risk management and you know how to foresee the future. The degree gives you excellent skills for managing a healthy working community, working community skills and communication.
Development
The degree program has been created together with Jamk's other higher education degrees and is based on extensive forecasting information and benchmarking. The competence included in the degree is developed together with an advisory board made up of working life and partners. Studies are also developed annually based on AVOP feedback given by graduating students. A student and an alumni of Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences is our lifelong partner, with whom we cooperate to develop the quality of education and the curriculum.
Objective
After education, you will gain the following skills:
Knowledge of developing work community operations: You know how to lead diverse work communities and develop expertise to reform operations.
Future competence: You know how to anticipate and innovatively renew digital service entities in the face of change.
Service system expertise: You have the skills to analyze the operation of service systems and make data-based conclusions to reform operations.
Multidisciplinary cooperation skills: You know how to work effectively and build impressive cooperation relationships. You lead multidisciplinary networks using communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
