2 (Satisfactory): The student understands the principles of the practices in international trade by closely examining the main aspects of commercial law.
3 (Good): The student is able to critically examine cases and draw conclusions.
4 (Very good): Student is able to critically examine cases and draw conclusions. He is able to apply his knowledge to current issues affecting of his own company.
5 (Excellent): He is able to apply his knowledge to current issues affecting companies in international environment.
