Objective

The student understands the purpose of security auditing and knows the restrictions of related legislations and regulations. He (she) knows the security testing methods and techniques. The student can design testing processes and the activities needed when applying technical security.

- Restrictions of legislation and regulations
- Security testing, examination overview and techniques
- Target and environment identification and analysis techniques
- Target vulnerability validation techniques
- Testing process, activities and reporting (Remediation/Mitigation)

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Excellent (5) The student masters the design of technical security testing and he (she) can creatively apply testing tools in practical exercises.
Good (3-4) The student can realize security testing and he (she) can apply testing tools in practical exercises.
Satisfactory (1-2) The student knows the processes in auditing and testing technical security and he (she) can implement the basic test design cases. Not accepted (0)
