Objective
To know the basic principles and methods of project selection, initiation, planning, follow-up and control, and closure. The perspective emphasises the role of the project manager responsible for all the phases of the project life cycle. One specific objective is to be able to create and maintain a project plan.
Content
Project selection, planning, implementation, management, control, closure and evaluation. The course focuses both on project leadership and management issues.
