Objective
Students know the theoretical framework of the service marketing management and understand the meaning of service marketing in strategic management. Students know marketing gloud solutions. They are able to analyse service marketing and interpret and utilize this information in strategic service marketing management. Students are capable to develop service marketing management strategies and practices of the organisation.
Content
Analyses of the service environment, markets, competitors and organisation. Service design, name, price and integrated marketing communication and implementation of the service marketing management.
Qualifications
Students are able to manage basics of marketing. The student has a bachelor´s degree.

The student demonstrates theoretical and conceptual knowledge to identify and analyse service marketing management using given case. The student knows how to apply information in decision making. The student knows the meaning of servive marketing management in strategic management.

The student is able to select and apply appropriate approaches to analyse own service marketing management problems and utilize them.

The student analyze critically the problems of service marketing management of own organization and devise solutions to these problems and communicate them also internationally.

The student analyze critically the problems of service marketing management of own organization and change and develop the practices of the service marketing management.
