Objective
The student identifies and knows how to analyse changes in the operating environment in the social and health care sector and factors that contributed to them. Is familiar with the methods of service production based on entrepreneurship in the social and health care sector and associated production and service processes. Is able to analyse the impact of a changing operating environment on client relationships, work with clients and leadership. Recognises the needs for the management, development and reforming of work communities and individual processes in complex and unpredictable operating environments.

Changes in the service system of the social and health care sector as part of a broader transition in public administration.
The impact of service production reforms on service culture.
Analysis and assessment of new operating methods and practices according to selected tasks.
