The learning outcomes of individual courses are assessed in relation to the objectives of the course concerned. Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 7.

The minimum criteria set for passing the course: the student is able to apply new knowledge of service management and can critical evaluate service processes. The student is able to apply their problem-solving skills to their own expertise field. The student is capable of learning in groups and of sharing his/her acquired expertise with other professionals.
