Objective
The student is able to apply different tools in administrative, marketing, fundraising, educational outreach and financial functions that allow a music industry to operate. Student masters principles of various management tools combined with the social contexts in which people create, perform, perceive, understand and react to music.
Content
The course will focus on the expectations of individual differences, social and cultural influences or the real world applications from the musician’s point of view. The course offers also essential knowledge of the nature and different forms of musicianship.

o good (3-4) students understand the main processes and concepts and their work is of a reasonable standard
