Objective
The course aims to increase understanding on industry analysis, market analysis, and the evolution of industries and markets in the dynamics of globalization. A variety of industries as well as key regional markets and sales potentials such as the European Union, North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, and Emerging Markets of China and India will be analysed in the course. Students are able to perform analysis on industries and markets of their own choices.

Value chain analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis, PEST analysis, Porter’s diamond model, European Union, North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East, and CIS.

- Excellent (5) - The student shows exceptional knowledge of subject material. The student demonstrates the ability to apply the material to real-life situations and challenges with superior communications skills
- Good (3-4) - The student shows good knowledge of material and concepts and is able to communicate these in an effective way
- Satisfactory (1-2) - The student shows only a satisfactory knowledge of the material and concepts but fails to show a convincing ability to apply the knowledge to real life situation nor to communicate the concepts in an effective manner.
