Objective

3rd year:
Technical examination
The students are able to upkeep and develop theis instrumental skills. They possess the various techniques demanded by the repertoire of their instrument and are able to apply in a given practical situation their acquired knowledge of theory and skills in a many-sided way. The students evaluate their knowhow in the long term and are able of continuing the development of their skills. They know how to apply and develop their practice methods independently. Their technical and artistic skills become stronger and the personal musical expression develop.

Main instrument's central repertoire and practice and performing of ensamble repertoire
Participation in group lessons
Familiarization with own and other instruments' repertoire

APPROVED:
The students' technical and artistic skills are many-sided and their musical personal expression has become stronger and developed, as evidenced in their playing: a professional approach is already discernible. The students are capable of assimilating technically demanding and many-sided tasks. They are able to evaluate their skills long term and can further continue the development of their ability.
FAILED:
The students' technical and artistic abilities are one-sided and do not fulfill the requirements of the technical examination. A professional approach and goal achievement spirit are not discernible in their playing. The students are not able to assimilate tasks of demanding complexity. They lack a realistic sense of self-evaluation and are not equiped for continous development in their instrument. The students are not able to set for themselves, from the standpoint of their instrumental skills, relevant goals and assume insuficiently learning responsibility.
