Objective

The student understands the field of Corporate Governance. He/She can analyze the different principles and practices of different companies in formulating and implementing Corporate Governance rules. The student can make a plan for a company to develop and start to implement a logical and reasonable Corporate Governance instruction.

General and widely accepted principles of Corporate Governance. The commonly used practices in implementing Corporate Governance. A plan for a company to develop Corporate Governance principles and implementation instructions.

5 (Excellent) The student understands thoroughly the field of Corporate Governance. He/She can analyze logically and profoundly different kinds of Corporate Governance principles and practices in different companies. 4 (Very Good) The student understands the field of Corporate Governance. He/She can analyze logically different kinds of Corporate Governance principles and practices in different companies. The student can make a relevant plan for a company to develop Corporate Governance.

3 (Good) The student perceives the field of Corporate Governance. He/She can analyse different kinds of Corporate Governance principles and practices in a company. The student can make a plan for a company to develop Corporate Governance.
