Objective
The students are able to estimate the company-specific prerequisites for internationalization, the markets of the target areas utilizing various sources of information, to choose an operational form considering company- and product-specific factors, and know the contract practices of the main operational forms. He know the export modes: immediate export, direct and indirect export, agent, importer, export and import firms, subsidiary, own production units, licensing, franchising, wage-based and contract manufacturing. He is familiar with the contract law of the main operational forms (agent and importer contracts) and can apply things learned to practice in working life. He knows how to write export plan.
