Objective
The student recognizes, understands and knows how to apply social media tools so that they are built on the presence of social media in the organization's needs. Tools Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Blog etc. The student is able to capitalize on SoMe's potential as a driver for customer flows in the business.
