Objective
Students are able to
•explain key features of Finland’s legal system and how it functions,
•use legal information in risk management of an enterprise and, by using legal information, develop and create new business opportunities,
•have key skills to analyze and solve legal problems,
•apply core sources of legal information to solve legal problems,
•find information about self regulation norms and name the actors of self regulation,
•compare and contrast different enterprise forms and their legal significance for business operations and debt responsibility.

•Key features of Finland’s legal system, legal norms, and self regulation norms as well as their role as part of enterprising
•General classification of enterprise forms
•Personal rights, authorization, trusteeship
•Compelling and discretionary norms in legislation
•Use of legal sources and information banks
