Objective
Students are able to interact in a group and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Students are able to take advantage of modern communications technology.
Students recognize the need to analyze the company's business in order to remain competitive in a changing business environment and understand the meaning and content of the company's strategic decision-making. Students identify the different stages of the research process for data collection and analysis, research methods and their strengths, weaknesses, relevance and suitability for various business problems.
Students are able to study a variety of data collection, analysis and reporting tools. The student can also be used to study the needs for a variety of digital applications.
The student is able to produce a reliable and valid analysis with a report of activities and the development of related problems. The student is able to communicate the essence of the report to the client.
Content
The role of research in decision-making, problem determination, research plan, qualitative and quantitative research method, data collection, sampling and analytical methods for evidence-based information and reporting. Course consists of data collection, statistics, analysis, and reporting applications. Privacy and personal data act, intellectual property rights and marketing research ethics.
Qualifications
Student master the basics environment, customer lists, segmentation, positioning, marketing mix, as well as business and marketing strategy.

5 (Excellent) – The student is highly developed and has advanced skills to identify business needs to understand the importance of in-depth research, as well as the content of the company's strategic decision-making. The student knows the various stages of the research process, an excellent in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the different research methods, as well as compatibility with a variety of business management to overcome the problems. The student shows excellence in using the research activities needed for a variety of digital applications and is able to produce a credible, reliable and valid analysis. The student is able to clearly communicate the essence of the report. The student interacts and communicates in a great variety of different stakeholders.
4 (Very Good) - The student recognizes company needs to analyze its business and deep understanding of the significance of the research, as well as the content of the company's strategic decision-making. The student knows the various stages of the research process and has a comprehensive understanding of research methods of business management to overcome the problems very well. The student is able to use variety of digital applications and produce a credible, reliable and valid analysis. The student is able to communicate clearly with commendable report. The student interacts and communicates in a diverse range of stakeholders. The student is able to take advantage of wide range of modern communications technology.
3 (Good) - The student identifies company needs to analyze its business and to understands the significance of the research, as well as the content of the company's strategic decision-making. The student masters the basics of the research process well and understand the different research methods for various business problems. The student is able to use the research activities needed for a variety of digital applications and have a valid analysis of the report of activities of the organization and the development of related problems. The student is able to communicate the essence of the report very well and clearly. The student is able to use versatile and very modern communication technology.
2 (Satisfactory) – The student identify moderately company needs to analyze its business and to understand the meaning and content of the company's strategic decision-making. The student masters the basics of the research process and understand moderately different methods for various management problems. The student can use a variety of research activities needed for digital applications and produces a partial analysis of a qualified report. The student is able to communicate the essence of the report. The student is able to use modern communications technology to communicate.
1 (Sufficient) -The student recognizes company needs to analyze its business and understand the significance of the research, as well as the content of the company's strategic decision-making. The student masters the basics of the research process to understand the different methods and their suitability for various management problems. The student is fairly able to use the research activities needed for a variety of digital applications and produces a partial analysis of a qualified report. The student is able to communicate fairly from the report. The student is able to take advantage of modern communications technology.
