1) Understand some of the concepts and models which portray cultural differences

2) Recognize and analyze different business cultures

3) Learn some of the business etiquettes in terms of food and drink in the field of international business

4) Understand how culture affects CRM

Content

Internationalization; networking; culture influencing business and vice versa; Cultural Relationship Management; CRM in multicultural context; economic mindsets; managing cultural diversity in teams; Hofstede’s value dimensions; global literacy; adapting to culture; wining and dining in international business.
Understanding, further developing, and applying the concepts in practice.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
