Objective

They are able to consider personnel management as a process, to place its elements to the level of strategic and operational management, and to actively participate in competence development projects and the application of personnel management systems.
The students are able to manually perform common calculations with the basic concepts of payroll administration and to participate in filling the reporting obligations of payroll administration.

Content

Organizational behaviour, personnel management; recruitment, development and motivation of staff. Organizational culture, leadership, management. Basic concepts and common (manual) calculations of payroll administration. Reporting.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6. The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
