Objective

The students are profoundly familiar with the life-cycle management of applications, different server operating systems, and learn to manage them comprehensively with relevant tools. The programming of system automatization is deepened according to the needs of operating systems. The students master the central measuring and analysis methods of computer networks.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Excellent 5: The student masters comprehensively the theory of virtualisation and the use of virtualisation and network management programs. He (she) can design and realize a demanding, fault tolerant virtual environment and network management system.
Very good 4: The student masters the theory of virtualisation and the use of virtualisation and network management programs. He (she) can design and realize a fault tolerant virtual environment and a network management system for a SME.
Good 3: The student knows the theory of virtualisation and he (she) masters the use of virtualisation and network management programs. He (she) can realize a simple virtual environment and network management system.
Satisfactory 2: The student knows the theory of virtualisation and masters the basic use of virtualisation and network management programs. He (she) can realize a simple virtual environment.
